My name is Diana Velez.
With over 12 years of music education and 6 years teaching experience, I have made it my goal to help students learn the art of classical music and performance. I first began my musical journey under Edelir Garza at Valley Keyboards in McAllen, TX for two years. For the following 10 years I was under the instruction of Mrs. Iby Kovacs (Mission, TX) During that time, I have won both regional and international awards through my school.

I absolutely LOVE what I do! Each student learns differently, so I always take that into consideration when teaching. With much diligence and patience, I teach every one of my students individually according to how it is they learn best. I strive to challenge my students and encourage them to do the best they can and shine a light on their potential. Music has always been, in my opinion, one of God's greatest gifts to us! Why not develop this skill and take full advantage of the wonderful opportunity we have to learn new things every day!
